We are now declaring CODE GREEN – which means END of the Disaster, specifically, END of the Earthquake Drill.

Before you all go back to the hospital, in behalf of the Hospital Administration, we would like to thank you all for your participation and support of the 2006 MDH Earthquake Drill.

We hope all of us know now what to do when there is an earthquake in Metro Manila and in Manila Doctors Hospital.

To review the basic Do’s and Don’t’s when there is an earthquake:

  1. Do not panic.
  2. Protect yourself from falling debris by knowing where to take cover.
  3. Protect our patients and please assist other people who do not know what to do.
  4. If there is a need to evacuate, never use the elevator.
  5. Do not run.  Do not push.  Do not cause a stampede.

This drill is our way of making Manila Doctors Hospital a safe hospital for all of us, not only our staff but also our patients and visitors.

Aside from excellent doctors, nurses and other support staff, state of art medical equipment, and beautiful hospital, Manila Doctors Hospital is a safe hospital to go to.

Please remember that and tell your friends about it.

Thank you once again.

You may now go back to the hospital.
