MDH-ER DISASTER CONTROL

INSTRUCTIONAL SIMULATION

SITUATION I

It is a Saturday.  You are the officer-on-duty at the MDH-ER.  At about 3:00 pm, there is a successive influx of five patients to the emergency room.  You learn that there is a fire going on at the Medical Center Manila (MCM).  You now have ten patients at the ER, five of whom come as a result of the fire in MCM.  All of these ten patients are not in critical condition.
