Disaster Control Management - Sudden and Tremendous Influx of Patients to MDH-ER

OBJECTIVES 

To instruct the MDH-ERO on the disaster control management when there is a sudden and tremendous influx of patients to the MDH-ER in terms of ability to:

1. Recognize and declare a disaster on time.
2. Organize the MDH-ER staff right away for the actual and anticipated disaster.
3. Decide whom to call for help and when.
4. Organize the responding personnel.
5. Decongest the MDH-ER.
